Air Testing South East

Air Tightness Testing for the new Part L1A of the Building Regulations is necessary on new dwellings and on very large extensions.

Air Testing South East has undergone BSRIA accreditation and is BINDT registered. As a BINDT registered tester we check air permeability, air leakage and air tightness in accordance with the current ATTMA technical standard TS1.

Air Testing South East give a fast personal service to provide the Certificate which is required to complete full Building Regulations Approval.

Air Testing South East undertakes the testing with the minimal disruption and other works can often continue within the property during testing.
